Casey -- you got served!

Casey has posted on Facebook (hat tip to Jim) that Casey's "corporation" has been served a summons by US Bank. The bank is trying to collect about $5,300 which is a paltry amount compared to the money he has bilked from various lenders, but it's a start.

Like I mentioned in the comments for the previous blog post, if anyone happens to be a "friend" on Casey's Facebook page, I would greatly appreciate any updates to Casey's comments on that page. You can always post the comments in the latest blog thread here. I would also be interested to know when and where the court hearing is expected to take place. Thanks.

  1. I have to admit to being surprised how small the amount they supposedly are going after him for is.

  2. Serin is allegedly employed as a tuxedo-wearing valet for a business that serves a number of local Sacramento restaurants.

Info here... yeah, it's a CampIdiot thread, but Casey updated facebook with a new picture, so the info's likely accurate. Also contains some new choice quotes from Casey's facebook page itself, including more delusions about "making connectionz".

  3. Thanks for the info. Casey is going to get himself fired again. And what's up with the Berge Pools photo?

I also see that Stephanie J. is now a follower. Welcome Stephanie!

  4. The "mystery man" in that one photo with Casey is David Welch, a friend of Casey that worked for Countrywide back in 2006.

I recall Casey talking about his job as if it was totally different from the job he actually has, but what else is new.

  5. For all of us out here that are working, skrimping & saving every cent & being denied pitiful amount loans, as well as the larger sorts, such as mortgages; you can thank Casey & the rest of the scumbags who knew that they had no way to pay back loans. I am glad to say that we do not live above our means & thanks to God, or whomever it is watching out for us, we are living comfortably & can occasionally help other out too. I had never heard of Serin, but researching that scuzzbucket & his scams & knowing too many others that are exactly like him, I get so pissed off when good, hardworking people get shafted while lazy, shiftless good-for-nothings are not only getting loans, but handouts from idiots to get by. I hope that those few of us that are hardworking & living at or below our means can rise above & be able to enjoy the things we work so hard for. 2010 has turned out to be a very bad year financially & it looks to be the same, if not worse, for 2011, so be sure to save, save, save!!!
